Fun and engaging individually catered lessons to the students goals, helps them fall in love with the guitar and not see practicing as homework.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I have been playing guitar for over 25 years and teaching over 15 years now. I first fell in love with the guitar after watching my godfather play as a young child. I have gone on to complete a Degree in Music Performance specialising in Guitar at The Academy of Contemporary Music, graduating in 2010.

While completing my Degree I quickly realised how much I enjoyed the challenge of teaching, understanding everyone learns in a unique way and requires a personal approach to achieve the best results.

I've gained experience teaching privately, in schools and group classes. Teaching a wide spectrum of ages from pupils aged 4 to those who have retired. I've also run band workshops putting bands together with different instruments learning songs and performing them.

As well as teaching i've been lucky enough to travel all over the UK and Europe performing with some amazing musicians. I have a hugely eclectic taste in music and love playing a wide range of genres, mainly pop, rock, blues and funk.

LESSONS

I offer 30, 45 or 60min lessons

These can be either at your house, at mine or online over Zoom.

As well as Electric and Acoustic Guitar lessons I can also offer Ukulele and Bass lessons.

Partnered with a local drum tutor, we organise band workshops with local musicians of similar ages and abilities so they can experience the fun of performing with other musicians.
